• Divide 5 teams of the same size (here 4 players each)
• Set up 5 squares (see picture)
This exercise is performed with a high intensity.
The exercises in the squares should be performed for 2-3 minutes, followed by a change of stations during the 1-minute break.
After each "heavier" square, comes a rondo, which should still be done at a high tempo.
Square 1 bottom left: 2 players stand in front of each bar. The first player passes the ball, the player opposite accepts, dribbles around the bar at a high tempo and passes opposite to the next player
Square 2 top left: Rondo 3 against 1. When 10 passes are successfully made, the player in the middle must do push-ups
Square 3 in the middle: 2 against 2 in the square. If the players can play 5 passes with each other, they may finish on one of the large goals and receive a point.
Square 4 bottom right: rondo 3 against 1. If 10 passes are successfully played, the player in the middle must perform push-ups
Square 5 top right: loose running on 2 sides, then diagonal sprint at high speed. Then running again. Sprinting is always done at the same cone.
