Double 3 vs 3 I

  • Organisation

    • 2 goals
    • 6 cones to mark two playing fields, each with one goal
    • 2 balls
  • Process

    • Two games of 3 vs 3 are played on each field, each team aiming at a goal with a goalkeeper.
    • Each action is initiated by feeders (grey) positioned opposite the goal.
    • The team in possession tries to finish on the goal with a goalkeeper in a 3 vs 3 setup.
    • If defenders win the ball, they must pass it to an outside feeder.
    • This changes the attacking right, and the feeder now plays the ball to the other team, which then tries to finish in a 3 vs 3.
    • Playing time per round: 3 minutes each
  • Tip

    Coaching Points

    • Encourage dribbling actively.
    • Fully utilize the width when in possession.
    • Defenders are forced to attack immediately.
