Double Pass in the Square

  • Organisation

    • Use 4 cones to mark a square
    • Place cones of different colors inside the square
  • Process

    • Players freely move the ball within the square
    • Players perform double passes around the cones
    • The coach instructs which cones should be bypassed with a double pass, for example, 4 yellow and 2 blue cones
  • Tip

    • Maintain a game-like tempo
