  • Organisation

    • 4 cones to mark the field
    • 8 cones
  • Process

    • Group A starts high-speed dribbling towards Group B.
    • A passes the ball at the level of the cones to B.
    • Simultaneously, the first player from Group C starts high-speed dribbling.
    • Player A must immediately switch to backward movement to intercept the player from Group C.
    • After the pass from C to player D, the latter also starts dribbling.
    • Upon passing, the next player from Group A starts dribbling and is pursued by player C, and so on.
  • Tip

    Coaching Points:

    • Take the ball directly into the movement
    • Dribble with the foot opposite to the opponent
