Group 2: Navigate around the cones with one-two passes.
Group 3: Play the ball to the first bench. Control the return ball towards the next bench, play it again, and continue dribbling with the returning ball.
Tip
Perform variations:
Group 1: Dribble only with the left, right, the sole, alternate between left and right.
Group 2: The ball must be played at most with the second touch, one player must always pass directly.
Group 3: Control the ball directly into the movement, take the ball with a change of pace, play the ball to the bench so that it returns into the run.
