Dribbling Training: Dribbling with Double Cuts I

  • Organisation

    • Cones and poles to set up a course (See image)
    • Divide into 2 groups of equal size
  • Process

    1. Initially jog through the course at a moderate pace. Perform turns at the last two cones. The path from the last cone to the starting point is done at a higher pace.
    2. Subsequently, perform the exercise with the ball. Players dribble through the course, executing feints at the cones. A flat driven pass is played at the last cone to return to the starting position.

    • Gradually increase the pace.
    • Execute dribbling and feints with the entire body to create deception.
