Dribbling under Competitive Pressure

  • Organisation

    • Place two goals next to the main goal on the field.
    • Set up 10 cones on each side.
  • Process

Upon the trainer's command, two players start simultaneously against each other. They dribble through the slalom and shoot the ball behind a marked line into the goal. Who shoots the ball into the goal first? Who scores the most goals?

One player from each team stands at the goal, retrieves the previous player's ball, and dribbles with pace through the return station to the starting point. The "goal scorers" switch to the goal.

  • Tip

    Coaching Points:

    • Maintain tight ball control, practice ambidexterity, execute direction changes with inside and outside of the foot.
    • Focus on clean dribbling techniques.
