Endurance Circuit II

  • Organisation

    • 2 goals, cones (approx. 20), bench, hoops, coordination ladder, jumping hurdles
    • Set up an endurance circuit across the entire field as per the diagram
  • Process

    Divide into 2 groups. The 1st group runs to the left and the 2nd group runs to the right. After a round, they switch. The 2nd group collects the balls at the midfield line and places them in the middle after a round (see diagram).

  • Tip

    Coaching Points

    • Ensure exercises are performed cleanly
    • Perform the individual exercises at a medium to fast pace. Dribble/run at a relaxed pace between stations
