  • Process

    Players perform various technical tasks in a square.

    1. The first player starts with the ball towards the center circle. They play a sharp pass to Coach 1 and sprint around the center circle.
    2. Coach 1 plays a pass into the path of the player, who takes the ball and dribbles towards the cones.
    3. Dribble through the cones.
    4. Retrieve the ball, dribble towards the hurdles. Play the ball to the right of the hurdles and jump over them.
    5. Retrieve the ball, feint, and chip towards the right corner.
    6. Goalkeeper retrieves the ball, player runs towards the left corner flag. Goalkeeper throws the ball to the player.
    7. Player performs a one-two pass with Coach 2, receives the ball, and dribbles towards the coordination ladder.
    8. Pass the ball past the coordination ladder and perform a coordination task.
    9. Retrieve the ball and dribble quickly towards the square.
    10. Once the player completes dribbling through the cones, the next player can start.
