The players go through the course. They carry out the following tasks at the stations:
• 1 jump through the rings, keeping balance on one leg for about 1 second per ring
• 2 speed dribbles between the yellow cones
• 3 coordination exercises, first forwards then sideways
• 4 Easy dribbling with ball (recovery)
• 5 Playing balls past the dummy, sprinting past and direct goal completion
• 6 Easy Dribble (Recovery)
• 7 final jumps over the hurdles
• 8 speed dribbling between the yellow cones
• 9 Easy Dribble (Recovery)
• 10 Juggle balls, changing direction at the cones
• 11 Slalom dribbling through the poles
• 12 shots on goal
