  • Process

    Players start one by one on the left side of the goal with the course:

    1. Dribble through the poles
    2. High-speed dribbling to the cone
    3. Coordination ladder - pass the ball past, quick short steps through the ladder, retrieve the ball
    4. Loose dribbling
    5. High-speed dribbling to the middle cone
    6. Loose dribbling
    7. Dribble with quick touches through the cones
    8. Pass the ball to the 2nd cone and sprint around the yellow cone
    9. Dribble to the square
    10. Shot on goal
