Players start the course before position 1. As soon as the first player completes position 3, the next can start, and so on.
Station 1: Dribbling with the strong foot, then pass to the coach and trot easily towards station 2
Station 2: Sprint from cone gate to cone gate
Station 3: Alternate one-leg jump combination right left and trot up to station 4
Station 4: Take the ball with you, dribble through the cone goal, make a feint on the cone and finish left or right (with the respective foot)
Station 5: Take the ball with you and juggle until Station 6
Station 6: Dribbling with the weak foot to station 7
Station 7: Pick up the ball and juggle with your head through the cone gate
