  • Process

    • Players start at the hurdle (1) with a jump.
    • 2: Take the ball and dribble through the pole sticks.
    • 3: Pass to the passer/trainer.
    • 4: Sprint to the hurdles.
    • 5: Jumps over the hurdles.
    • 6: Cross 2 coordination ladders.
    • 7: Run towards the 16-yard box.
    • 8: Pass from the passer/trainer.
    • 9: Goal attempt.
