Process
Players start at the hurdle (1) with a jump.
2: Take the ball and dribble through the pole sticks.
3: Pass to the passer/trainer.
4: Sprint to the hurdles.
5: Jumps over the hurdles.
6: Cross 2 coordination ladders.
7: Run towards the 16-yard box.
8: Pass from the passer/trainer.
9: Goal attempt.
