Process
Players start running without the ball from their (red) starting line and have 10 seconds to shoot at the goal on the opposite side.
Then, they have 20 seconds to retrieve the ball and place it ready at the red line.
Then repeat the process in the opposite direction.
4 minutes of exercise followed by a 2-minute regenerative break, repeat for 4 sets.
