Endurance with Shooting Practice

  • Process

    • Players start running without the ball from their (red) starting line and have 10 seconds to shoot at the goal on the opposite side.
    • Then, they have 20 seconds to retrieve the ball and place it ready at the red line.
    • Then repeat the process in the opposite direction.
    • 4 minutes of exercise followed by a 2-minute regenerative break, repeat for 4 sets.
