FEINT RUN: HARE AND HUNTER

  • Organisation

    • Set up 6 cones: 2 for starting positions and 4 as cone gates on the left and right.
    • Divide into 2 groups (Hare and Hunter).

  • Process

The Hare's objective is to run through one of the two cone gates using dribbling feints in a 1 vs. 1 situation, without getting tagged by the Hunter beforehand. If the Hare succeeds, they earn a point. If the Hunter manages to tag the Hare before, the Hunter earns a point. Afterward, the Hare becomes the Hunter, and the Hunter becomes the Hare.

  • Tip

    • The exercise can also be done with a ball. In this case, the gates must be enlarged, and the Hunter's task is to try to win the ball.
    • Ensure that players face different opponents regularly.

  • Field size

    10 x 15 meters

  • Cone margins

    1-2 meters
