Field Dribbling with Various Tasks

  • Organisation

    • Cones and markers to delineate the field
    • Set up a large square with four smaller squares at the corners
  • Process

    • Divide players evenly among the four smaller squares. Players dribble freely or using only their right/left foot and perform additional tasks in response to visual/acoustic signals.
      • Clap hands: squat on the ball
      • Raise right arm: pendulum the ball between legs
      • Raise left arm: dribble with sole
      • 2 whistles: clockwise field change
      • 3 whistles: counterclockwise field change
      • 1 whistle: diagonal field change
