Finishing and 2v2 Attacking

  • Organisation

    • 2 goals (with goalkeepers)

    • 2-4 cones

  • Process

One player of each team, A and B, dribble towards the edge of the penalty box and shoot on goal.

After finishing on goal, both players instantly transition to defense.

One player each of teams C and D come in and play a 2v2 attacking sequence against the two players from teams A and B.

The sequence will be played until a goal is scored or the ball out of bounds.

  • Tip

    Coaching Points:

    • The attacking players should come into the 2v2 situation with high tempo. That makes it extremely hard for the defenders to predict movements or passes
