Finishing + Curved Run

  • Organisation

    • Set up one cone goal (about 5m wide) in front of the penalty area
    • Place one cone approximately 15m centrally in front of the penalty area
    • Position one player between the cone goal. The remaining players stand in a line at the single cone.
  • Process

    • The first player in line passes the ball to the attacking player.
    • The attacker approaches the ball briefly, lets it bounce slightly to the side, and makes a curved run in the opposite direction around the cone.
    • The passer now plays the ball into the runner's path.
    • The attacker receives the ball and finishes with their second touch.
    • The passer becomes the attacker, and the attacker retrieves their ball and joins the line.
