The offensive (green) team starts in a 2 vs. 1 situation and tries to score as quickly as possible.
After each scoring attempt (goal/miss), one additional offensive player (with a new ball) and one additional defensive player enter the field. This gradually transitions to a 3 vs. 2, 4 vs. 3, 5 vs. 4, and eventually a 6 vs. 5 situation.
If the defending (red) team regains possession of the ball or the goalkeeper saves it, they initiate a counter-attack towards the opposite goal.
Once all players are on the field, a 5-minute free-play period ensues. Afterward, a new round begins with the 2 vs. 1 setup.
