  • Process

    The players run through the 6 routes.

    Route 1: Running backwards with ball in hands

    Route 2: Slalom dribbling

    Route 3: Passing the ball and running through the coordination ladder with 1/2 steps

    Route 4: Dribbling with shotguns

    Route 5: touching cones with hand while dribbling

    Route 6: Present ball and sprint to ball

  • Field size

    • approx. 24 metres wide and 15-25 metres long, depending on the level of ability.

  • Cone margins

    • The lanes approx. 4 metres apart
    • Length approx. 15 - 25 metres
