Flat Passing

  • Organisation

    • 15 cones/markers to create 3 squares as shown in the diagram
    • Divide into pairs
  • Process

    A stands inside the square, B with the ball about 5 meters in front.

    • Variation 1: A runs around one of the rear cones, lets the pass from B bounce off directly, then runs around the other cone.
    • Variation 2: A positions themselves beside the front cones for a one-touch pass.
    • Variation 3: A runs backward over the rear line, starts forward, and plays the ball back.
