Football biathlon

  • Organisation

    • 5 poles
    • 5 little hats
    • 7 cones

    Since exercise can be conducted as a competition, per team:

    • 1 goal
    • 2 cones in the same color
    • several balls

  • Process

    The players place themselves one behind the other at the cones at the beginning. Each team is divided equally and stands at a cone of the corresponding color.

    The first player starts with a power dribble to the first cone. Then it goes to the slalom at the poles to the right and fast dribbling to the cone. Up to the next cone the ball is juggled. Then right to slalom through the cones to the last cone. Put the ball down and sprint towards the cone of the team color. 3 passes/shots on goal. One penalty lap around the cone square for each missed shot. Then to the starting cone where the next player with the ball is ready.

    1 point per goal. The team that finishes the course the fastest also wins 10 points.

  • Tip

    • Be careful that players do not get in each other's way.
    • Divide the groups equally, e.g. 1 striker, 1 defender per group, etc.
