Form of play: Switching after holding the ball

  • Organisation

    • Divide the field into 2 squares using 6 cones.
  • Process

    • Play 6 vs 6 (or more) in the first square.
    • Have 2-3 neutral players in each square, who remain in their respective squares and play with the team in possession.
    • After completing a set number of passes, the team in possession can switch squares by playing a neutral player in the other square.
    • Both teams must swiftly switch squares until the predetermined number of passes is reached again.
    • The team successfully switching squares earns a point.
  • Tip

    Coaching Points:

    • Quickly organize into a compact formation and defend oriented towards the ball after losing possession.
    • Ensure adequate coverage of passing options behind the first line of pressing.
  • Field size

Adjust the size of the squares based on the number of players.
