Game Format 4 vs 4 with Dribble Goals

  • Organisation

    • 4 cones to mark the field
    • 8 cones to set up 4 dribble goals
    • Divide into 4 teams of 4 players each
  • Process

Play 4 vs 4 with 4 dribble goals. A goal counts when a player dribbles through 2 cones with the ball at their feet. The team remains in possession after a dribble goal but must now play towards one of the other 3 goals. Thus, no team has assigned goals. Play 5 rounds of 4 minutes each with a 1-minute break.

  • Tip

    Coaching Points:

    • Dribble with the non-dominant foot
