Game Format: Playing through the Wings

    • Cones to mark the field and outer zones
  • Process

    • Two teams play against each other. Inside the zone (16-yard width), players are limited to two touches. In the outer zones (from the 16-yard line to the touchline), players have no touch restrictions.

    Variations:

    • Each team has two designated wing players who remain in the outer zone permanently. After receiving the ball, they can engage in 1v1 situations or look for a give-and-go with a player from the center.
