The player positions himself in the field and passes the ball against the first bench/wall. After controlling the returning ball, the player uses the first touch to play the ball against the second bench/wall. The player alternates passing the ball against the upper and lower bench/wall.
Variations:
Perform a body feint before the first touch.
Perform the exercise against time (How much time is needed to play against each bench/wall 5 times?).
Tip
Coaching Points:
Maintain an open stance.
Pass with pressure.
If the ball is received with the left foot, pass with the right foot.
If the ball is received with the right foot, pass with the left foot.
Avoid leaning back while passing.
