The player juggles the ball from the 1st marker to the 2nd marker, around it, and back to the 1st marker. During this exercise, the following tasks are performed:
• The ball must not be touched with the thigh.
• The ball must be touched with the head at least 3/5/10 times along the way.
• After each ground contact of the ball, the player must sprint back to the 1st marker before continuing to juggle.
• The player tries to complete the course with as few ball touches as possible.
• The ball is juggled alternately with the left and right foot.
Coaching Points
• Stay patient.
• Adjust the difficulty of the tasks and the length of the course to the player's skill level (if necessary, complete the course without returning).
