Learning to Juggle Properly

  • Process

    • Step 1: Release the ball from your hand and play it back into your hand.
    • Step 2: Juggle the ball upward, let one ball drop to the ground, and juggle it up again.
    • Step 3: Similar to Step 1 but with two touches and alternating feet.

  • Tip

    • Keep your foot straight, toes pointing forward.
    • Maintain stability in the ankle.
    • Keep the ball low (just above the knees).
    • Add variation (use foot, knee, head).
