  • Process

    The player starts without the ball:

    1. Jump over hurdles with both feet.
    2. Retrieve the ball and dribble through cones in a slalom.
    3. Drop the ball and traverse the ladder with lateral movements.
    4. Pick up the next ball, squat, and navigate through or around the hoops.
    5. Dribble through cones in a slalom.
    6. Dribble and take a direct shot on goal.
