Players divide into two groups and line up behind their respective cones.
The goalkeeper kicks off or throws the ball to one of the groups.
The first player from the group receiving the ball becomes the attacker, while the first player from the other group becomes the defender.
Both players dribble through their cones and aim to score a goal.
Later, the drill is performed with two players from each group, who attack and defend using appropriate movements and passes.
