One-Two Pass with Direction Change

  • Organisation

    • 4 cones
    • Divide into 2 teams
  • Process

    • A player from Team B initiates the play by offering a run towards the left or right cone. A player from Team A passes the ball to Player B.
    • Player B plays a one-touch pass back and runs to the cone on the opposite side. Now, they receive the ball back from A and the drill restarts with the next player from Team A offering a run.
  • Tip

    Coaching Points 

    • Clearly offer a run to the left or right.
    • Execute clean passes.
    • Keep your head up to see the movements of teammates.
  • Field size

    • 20 meters in length
    • Cone to cone approximately 3 meters
