Overload Game on 4 Goals

  • Organisation

    • 4 goals
    • 6 cones to set up the field
  • Process

    • 1 player from Team A starts with the ball into the field. 1 player from Team B starts without the ball into the field, initiating a 1 vs. 1.
    • As soon as the ball goes into a goal or out, a second player from Team B starts with the ball into the field, and the game continues as 2 vs. 1. This sequence (1vs1, 2vs1, 2vs2, etc.) repeats until all players are on the field and a 4vs4 is being played.
    • Goals only count if scored in the opposing half. In the next round, Team B starts first with the ball.
