Each pair of players starts at the same time. Player B has a ball, player A starts without.
A starts with 5 knee bends and 2 hurdle jumps while B dribbles the ball in parallel with quick touches.
Arrived at the cones B plays a pass to an. A plays back, sprints 1 cone further and performs a double pass again.
A continues sprinting and touches each cone once with his hand. B dribbles through the slalom course.
A crosses the coordination ladder, sprints to the cone and hops through the low hurdles with quick steps. B, meanwhile, dribbles through the cones.
The players play a double pass through the cone goal, then B sets up for A, who finishes.
