Passing accuracy and quick game shifting

  • Organisation

    • 4 Dummies
    • 5 hats
    • 2 balls

  • Process

The exercise is performed with 2 balls at the same time (station A and D).

Player A passes the ball to player B, who moves towards the ball. After receiving the ball, player B makes a quick change of direction (shift of play) and passes the ball to player C. Player B and C play a double pass and in the following action player B plays a pass into the depth for player C, who moves into the free space at high speed after the double pass. This is followed by a pass to station D.

At the same time as player A, player D plays a pass to player E, who moves towards it. After receiving the ball, player E makes a quick change of direction and passes the ball to player F. After receiving the ball, player F has to deal with a 1 on 1 situation and then passes the ball to player A.

The players go back to their positions after passing in a sprint. There can be multiple players on one stations and the players change
