• Half field
On both sides the exercise starts at the same time.
Green team
• A dribbles in and passes to B
• B claps to C
• C passes to D who claps the ball into the run of C
• B runs down the line and receives a pass into the run of C
• B crosses/passes to E, who finishes directly
Black team
• 1 dribbles on and passes into the centre to 2
• 2 crosses to 3
• 3 passes deep to 4, who passes to the advancing 2
• 2 passes to 5 for a shot on goal
Everyone moves to the next position. Start the next passing sequence as soon as the last pass is played (E to F or 2 to 5).
Coaching Points
• Start the exercise slowly and gradually increase intensity
• Pass quality very important for the progression
