Form two equal-sized teams and number the players.
In both teams, Player 1 starts the game by passing the ball against the bench from about 3 meters away. The ball should roll back, and Player 2 should receive it. Player 1 then runs around the cone behind the bench (left or right). During this time, Player 2 can begin the exercise. Player 1 returns to the back of the line.
After that, the same process continues with Player 3, 4, and so on. This continues until one team makes an errant pass. The team that can make more successful passes against the bench earns one point.The first team to reach 10 points wins the game.
Coaching Points
• Lock the ankle joint.
• Bend the upper body over the ball.
• Strike the ball in the center.
• Place the standing foot next to the ball.
