Process
A passes next to the left flagpole to B
B taps back to A with their right foot
A passes next to the right flagpole to B
B taps back to A with their left foot
After several repetitions, the coach shouts "Go", and B sprints to the small hurdles
B jumps over the hurdles with both feet
B sprints through the small cone gate
Tip
Coaching Points:
Play the ball back with pressure
Accelerate with short, powerful steps
Proper arm movement
Gradually straighten up and increase stride length with increasing speed (knee lift)
