Process
Start passing simultaneously at both ends of the rectangle. Begin with a diagonal pass within each square (A to B, D to E) followed by the passer running after the pass. B (E) passes to A (D) who plays the ball with their left foot into space for C (F). C (F) then dribbles with the ball to A (D) (or passes). Move one position forward each time.
