Players stand about 1 meter behind their cone goal.
Player 1 starts with a pass through both cone goals.
Player 2 positions the ball with the first touch outside right or left of their cone goal and passes back through the opposing cone goal with the second touch.
If the cone goal is missed, the receiving player must position the ball with the first touch back inside and pass through both cone goals with the second touch.
Variant 2:
Players stand sideways about 1 meter behind their cone goals on the same side.
Player 1 passes parallel to the cone goals to their teammate.
This player takes the ball with the inner foot (closer to the cone goal) across to the other side of the cone goal and plays a pass back to the starting player.
