Passing Exercise - Square with Variations

4 cones to set up a square
At least 2 players at each cone
1 ball per round
Process
Player A starts the exercise by passing to player B, who moves towards the pass, lets it bounce, and then runs towards group C.
Player A then plays a pass into the path of player B and moves behind group B.
Player B continues the passing sequence, doing the same with player C, and so on.
As the drill progresses, another ball can be added to increase intensity.
Tip
Coaching Points:
Encourage a brief initiating movement before each pass.
Foster communication to ensure quick understanding of the exercise.
Emphasize the importance of pass quality.
