Player A starts with a pass to player B and takes his position. Player B passes the ball to player C and takes his position. Player C passes the ball to Player D, who plays the ball down Player C's path. Player C passes the ball on to Player E. Player C takes the position of Player D, who takes the position of Player E. Player E passes the ball on to Player F, who puts the ball in Player E's path. Player E continues the run to Player G who dribbles the ball back to Station A. Player E takes the position of F. F takes the position of G. In the first rounds, the exercise can be carried out slowly and with 2 ball contacts. Once the players have internalized the running paths, the balls can also be played directly and the tempo increased.
