• 3 cones and 2 poles
• Set up in a Y-shape formation
• Players at positions A, one player each at B, C, and D
• A passes to B, who takes the ball to the left
• A moves to position B; after receiving the ball, B passes to C
• C takes the ball into space and dribbles towards A
• B switches to C
• Repeat the sequence on the other side
Coaching Points
• Stand in a slightly lateral position to the "defender" behind you
• Control and take the ball with the foot opposite to the opponent
• Shift your body weight sufficiently during the body feint
• Perform the ball control with an explosive burst of speedVariation Options:
• Receive the ball and take it with the 2nd touch
• Receive the ball, perform a body feint, and take it with the 2nd touch
• Take the ball with the 1st touch using the inside of the foot
