Passing Triangle with Two Balls

  • Organisation

    • Set up a square with 4 poles.
    • Use 2 balls.
  • Process

    • One player is positioned in the center of the square. Two players, A and C, stand on the outside with a ball each, while one player, B, is without a ball.
    • A passes to D and moves to the open pole. D plays a one-two pass with A and then passes the ball to B.
    • At this moment, D turns and receives a pass from C, who moves to the vacant pole and gets the ball back.
    • Each player with a ball plays a one-two pass with D and then passes to the next player.
  • Tip

    Coaching Points:

    • Start the exercise very slowly and gradually increase the pace.
