    1. Dribble through cones with the ball (various exercises, e.g., using only the inside, outside, left, and right foot), then pass to Player 2.
    2. Run parallel to Exercise 1 through the coordination ladder, then let the pass from Player 1 bounce back. Player 1 then plays a diagonal pass to Player 3, who controls the ball and passes to Player 4. Player 4 controls the ball and dribbles to the cones.
