Passing with Coordination and Acceleration

  • Process

    Each cone is occupied by at least one player. Players at the top cones have a ball. They pass it to players at the bottom cones. The receivers dribble the ball back to the top cones. The passers run/leap over obstacles and sprint to the bottom cones. Then, players switch roles. After several rounds, players move to the next station.
