Passing with Coordination II

  • Process

    Two players position themselves at each station. Adjust the distance between cones based on the players' skill level. The drill starts with passing with two touches. Then increase the difficulty level by introducing tennis balls. Player 1 passes the soccer ball, while Player 2 throws the tennis ball.

  • Tip

    Coaching Points

    • Ensure that players slightly retreat after each pass to meet the next pass
    • Once players execute the task, encourage a faster pace in passing
