Organisation
6 cones (preferably 2 colors)
4 poles
1 goal
Process
At positions B and C, there are 2 players each, with the rest positioned at A (with the ball at foot).
A passes to B. B moves towards the ball, turns with the ball towards the goal line, and dribbles towards the corner cone.
B passes through the cone gate to C, who starts running towards the ball as soon as B reaches the corner cone.
C receives the ball, feints a shot, bypasses the poles, and takes a shot on goal.
After the action, C retrieves the ball and positions themselves at A. A switches to B, B switches to C.
Tip
Coaching Points:
Ensure precise passes (both in speed and direction) from A and B.
Focus on proper movement towards the ball and ball control for both B and C.
Demand a quick turn with ball control from B.
Encourage feinting from C (body feints, feinting a shot, etc.) and going around the poles on both sides.
