  • Process

    The game starts with the red team's number 6 in possession of the ball. Team Red's goal is to dribble or pass into the wing zone. After a maximum of 6 passes, Team Red must play a diagonal ball into the wing zone. If Team Blue wins the ball, they can score on one of the mini-goals.

  • Tip

    Coaching Points

    • Play lofted passes preferably against the shifting direction
    • Make the field wide and deep
    • The winger should be in motion before the delivery of the lofted pass
    • Play the lofted pass behind the opponent's full-back
    • Play lofted passes with backspin and without spin
    • After the pass/dribble/lofted ball into the end zone, take a quick shot on goal
