A starts the exercise by dribbling through the cones. As soon as A is through, defender E attacks (partially active).
B detaches from his cone and gets a pass from A, which he claps behind the defender's back.
A takes the ball and starts towards player C.
C performs an initial movement behind the cone, receives the ball from A and lets it clap.
A plays another pass into C's run and takes his position.
C starts a speed dribbling towards player D, plays a one-two with him and then finishes on goal.
Coaching Points
• Gradually increase the pace until the passes can be made with one touch
