Quick Counter-Pressing

  • Organisation

    • Cones to mark the playing field
    • 3 goals
  • Process

A player behind the small goals starts the drill with a pass to one of his teammates. The team in possession tries to score in a 5 vs 4 situation. If the defending team recovers the ball, they attempt to score on the counter-goals. The team with the numerical advantage immediately engages in counter-pressing after losing the ball.
